Witt/Kieffer has been retained by BayCare Health System to conduct the search for a dynamic, distinguished executive to serve as the next Director, Clinical - Home Care for BayCare Health System.  This is a unique opportunity at one of the most respected healthcare institutions in the U.S.

BayCare Health System is dedicated to the strategic growth and transformation of ambulatory services, with a specific focus on Home Health.  BayCare Ambulatory Services is at an exciting and critical moment as the group launches the implementation of a transformative five-year strategic plan focused on wellness and prevention, patient experience with the highest levels of quality and most convenient care available.  This will be done while continuing to successfully align with the broader BayCare Health System strategic vision.

The Director is responsible for the clinical operation of BayCare Home Care’s Home Health offices with focus on providing high quality clinical care, combined with the best patient experience at a competitive cost.  The goal is to become a premier top-rated home care company that is the preferred referral source for physicians and hospitals based on Patient Experience, Clinical Quality, Outcomes and Value.

The Director will be an experienced, proven clinical and operational leader with demonstrated experience leading and implementing innovative quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives to achieve superior clinical quality and favorable financial outcomes with high satisfaction levels for patients and staff.  The leadership style will need to be one that is proactive, results-oriented and shows a history of achieving positive outcomes in complicated, changing, multifaceted environments.

This individual will need to be self-motivated to improve quality, increase efficiencies and reduce waste.  Must be engaged and committed to implementing and enforcing standard work.  He/she will be committed to mentoring others to become the agents of change and instilling a sense of accountability across the home care organization.  This individual will embrace technology and assist others to do so while also assisting in implementation of change with support and feedback timely in an effective transparent method.  He/she must be motivated by the needs of others, patients, team members and leadership.
