We are pleased to announce that Witt/Kieffer has been engaged to assist in the recruitment for the Executive Vice President, Human Resources (EVPHR) of Ardent Health Services (AHS), based in Nashville, Tennessee. The EVPHR reports directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AHS and plays a significant role in organizational development, strategy and governance.

The EVPHR is a key member of the senior leadership team and provides strategic direction and overall oversight of the Human Resources function.  This leader will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board on major human resources and organizational initiatives including human resources strategy and operations, succession planning, talent and workforce management, organizational development, and training.  This EVPHR will be a highly visible leader who will assess and establish a human resources strategy that will build upon the existing function for AHS while continuing to cultivate a culture of excellence across the system.
